It is not famous or particularly big, and definitely neither luxurious nor well-organised. Instead though, it is warm, friendly, full of contrast and wonderfully unconventional. It is Sarajevo city! Something in this city left me touched and made me feel connected. It could be the warmth of the people or the heart within the lovely food to give me these feelings, or even the amazing history that gives shape and depth even to the minutest alley one comes across.
I am currently at the flat which I share with 8 students from all over the world, from Canada to Bahrain. I am so excited! The time here is running so fast… I really don’t know where to start. Continue reading
